Privacy Policy
KRODUS ("we", "us") runs krodus.xyz and Campaign Studio, a platform where AI and tech companies find tech creators on X, YouTube and Instagram, agree deals, run reward pools, and pay through escrow. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo. We only request basic profile and email access.
- Client details: your company or product name and your plan.
- Creator profiles: the information creators enter, such as display name, channels, follower counts, audience figures, rates, a profile photo, and payout preferences (whether you accept bank transfer, and public crypto wallet addresses). We never ask for or store wallet private keys or seed phrases.
- Payment references: PayPal transaction IDs, crypto transaction hashes and bank wire references you submit, so we can confirm payments.
- Messages and deals: chats, offers and deal records between clients and creators on the platform.
- Usage data: if analytics is switched on, Google Analytics records which pages are visited and key actions such as signing up or sending an offer. It runs in a cookieless mode, so it does not set analytics or advertising cookies on your device, and it does not receive your name, email or messages.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account and show you the right features for your role and plan.
- To show approved creator profiles to clients.
- To process subscriptions, hold escrow and pay creators once a client confirms a post.
- To measure the performance of reward pool content (public post metrics such as views and engagement) and calculate each creator's share.
- To send you emails about your account and deals, such as new offers, payment confirmations, payouts and new messages. These are service emails, not marketing.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To resolve disputes and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use Google account data for advertising.
Who can see your data
- Approved creator profiles are visible to signed-in clients according to their plan.
- If you are an approved creator with a handle, a public profile page at krodus.xyz/c/your-handle shows your name, photo, bio, niche, platforms, channel links and headline stats (followers, average views, engagement). Your rates, audience breakdown, wallets and payout details are never shown publicly.
- Messages and deals are visible only to the client and creator involved, and to the KRODUS team when needed to run escrow or resolve a dispute.
- We use service providers to run the platform: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Netlify (website hosting), Google (sign-in and, if switched on, analytics), Resend (sending emails), and the payment provider you choose (PayPal, a blockchain network, or your bank).
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute records. You can delete your account yourself in your account settings if you have no deals on record. Accounts with deals are closed on request, because we keep deal and payment records for tax and legal reasons. To close such an account or get a copy of your data, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is protected by access rules in our database so users can only see what they are allowed to see. Sign-in is handled by Google; we never see your Google password.
