Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and KRODUS ("we", "us") for your use of krodus.xyz and Campaign Studio (the "platform"). By signing in or using the platform you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with Google and must be at least 18.
• You choose once whether your account is a brand or a creator.
• Keep your details accurate and your Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

3. Plans for brands

• Preview (no plan) lets you see part of the creator roster. Messaging, offers and campaigns need a paid plan.
• Pro is US$99 per month or US$499 per year. GTM Manager is US$999 per month or US$5,999 per year, plus 10% of the creator rate on every deal you fund while the plan is active.
• Plans are paid in advance by PayPal or crypto. Your plan starts once we confirm the payment, and runs for the period you paid for. Plans do not renew automatically; you choose whether to pay again.
• Plan payments are not refundable once your plan is active, except where the law requires a refund.
• We may change plan prices for future periods. We'll show the new price before you pay.

4. Deals and escrow

• Offers. A brand sends an offer with the deliverable, price, payment method and brief. The creator accepts or declines. Once accepted, the terms of the deal can't be changed.
• What brands pay. The creator's rate, plus a payment fee of 5% for crypto or 7.5% for bank transfer, plus the GTM Manager fee if it applies. The full amount is shown before you send the offer and before you pay. There are no other platform charges. Your bank, payment provider or blockchain network may charge their own fees, which you pay.
• What creators receive. 100% of the agreed rate. KRODUS does not take a cut from creators.
• Funding. The brand sends the exact amount shown, on the payment method and network chosen in the offer, and submits the transaction hash or bank reference. The deal is funded once we verify the payment. Creators should not start until the deal shows as funded.
• Escrow. KRODUS holds funded money until the deal is released or refunded. KRODUS is not a bank; escrowed money does not earn interest.
• Posting and release. The creator publishes the content and submits the link. The brand confirms the post to release payment. If the brand neither confirms nor opens a dispute within 7 days of the post being submitted, payment is released automatically.
• Payouts. After release we send the creator the agreed rate by the method in the deal: to the creator's wallet on the agreed network, or by bank transfer to details the creator gives us privately. We aim to send payouts within 3 business days.
• Wallets and networks. Crypto payments are in USDC on Base, USDC or USDT on Ethereum, or USDC on Solana. Payments sent on the wrong network, in the wrong token, to the wrong address, or for the wrong amount may be delayed or lost. We will help where we reasonably can, but we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect details you provide.

5. Cancellations and refunds

• A brand can cancel an offer before it is accepted. Either side can cancel an accepted deal before it is funded, unless a payment is already being verified. No money moves in either case.
• Once a deal is funded, it can only end through release or a dispute.
• If a dispute is decided in the brand's favour, we refund the full amount the brand paid into escrow for that deal, including the payment fee.
• Fees on deals that are released to the creator are not refundable.

6. Disputes

• Either side can open a dispute once a deal is funded and before it is released, using "Report a problem". The money stays in escrow while we review.
• We look at the deal terms, the brief, the post, messages on the platform and anything else both sides send us. We may ask for more information.
• We decide whether to release the payment to the creator or refund the brand. Our decision on where escrowed money goes is final for the platform. It does not stop either side using any legal rights they have against the other.
• Keep deal discussions on the platform. We can only review what we can see.

7. Creators

• We review every creator application and may approve or decline it, or remove an approved profile, at our discretion.
• Your profile must be accurate. Do not inflate followers, views, engagement or audience figures, and do not use bought or automated engagement.
• Disclose paid posts. You must clearly mark sponsored content as required by law and by each platform's rules, for example "#ad", "Paid partnership", or the platform's branded content tools.
• You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. We may need tax information from you before paying, and may deduct taxes where the law requires it.
• Make sure your wallet addresses and payout details are correct. Payouts sent to details you gave us are treated as paid.

8. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, or to promote products that are illegal or make false claims.
• Harass, threaten or spam other users.
• Move a deal that started on KRODUS off the platform to avoid fees.
• Try to access other users' data, get around the platform's rules or security, or interfere with how it works.
• Create accounts for someone else or impersonate anyone.

9. Content

• Creators own the content they make. The brand gets the rights to use it that are agreed in the deal and brief. If the brief doesn't say, the brand may share and link to the published post, but not re-edit it or use it in paid ads without the creator's agreement.
• You keep ownership of what you upload or write on the platform, and give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the platform.
• We may show the public results of campaigns (for example view counts or signups) and brand names as examples of our work, unless you ask us not to.

10. Our responsibility

• We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". We don't guarantee any campaign results, reach or signups.
• Creator statistics are provided by creators. We review applications but can't verify every figure.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to KRODUS in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit our responsibility to return escrowed money that is owed to you.

11. General

• Closing your account. You can stop using the platform at any time. Deals that are already funded are completed or resolved first.
• Changes. We may update these terms. We'll post the new date here and, for important changes, tell you before they apply. Using the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.
• Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
